P Peter Foot [MVP] Jun 2, 2004 #3 Not easily, Pocket Word can read plain text files and rtf. You should be able to find a reference online to the rtf format (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/dnrtfspec/html/rtfspec.asp) which you can write out to a file. Peter
