Hi!

Is it possible to change a project type from Pocket PC to CE.Net and back?

I always open a new project with the right project type and add all files
from the old project.
Is there a better/easier way to do it?

Kind regards,

Benjamin Lukner

Could you explain how you "link" the source files? When I tried this a
couple of weeks ago, I got copies of the source files in the newly created
project (may it be CE or PPC). How do you create the shared directory?

thanks,

Peter

Hi Peter,

1. Place the files in a shared folder.
2. Right click on the project and select Add->Add Existing Item.
3. Browse to the file(s).
4. Press the little down arrow on the right side of the Open button and
select "Link File"

The real trick is in #4. I don't know if most people realize that the open
menu is there.
