If it helps, I've found Windows Mobile 2003 SE works intermittently, however
Windows Mobile 5 based Pocket PC's seem to sync and do everything right. Not
sure if this is because of lack of functionality in the Mobility Center or
due to lack of drivers, but the whole point of the Mobility Center is that
you don't need to keep plugging in extra drivers for the damn thing to sync!

Well, try downloading and installing ActiveSync - you may have to run the
setup in compatibility mode with XP SP2 however.
