Pocket Pc file transfer using IR

Hi ,
I would like to make an application (working on Visual.net and VB.NET) for
pocket pc in which I would implement a file transfer using the infrared
port. I think I could work it out if the application was to be running on
both Pocket PC using the usual method (listen, connect...) and IrDa classes
, but what I want to get is the same result as the file transfer used by
Pocket PC 2002 : that the remote pocket pc pops up a "do you accept file"
automatically without needing any added software (I mean code). I thought
there could have
been an easy way to do it using IrDa classes or a specific function already
existing but I can't find it.

I mean how could send/receive data with bluetooth ?
any code samples ?

I did some infrared test lately, it was so sloooooow, I want to try other
datatransfer devices ...
