Windows Version?
If Win98 or later go to Windows Update.

I don't know anything about the subject device.
There are separate newsgroups for it though.
Either via the web interface that you are using
or via a real NNTP newsreader.

Outlook Express users could click on the following link
to get started with one:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.pocketpc

then just press Ctrl-w and type c.poc to see the rest.
