I'd install it - you'll get the PPC2003 emulators within Visual Studio .Net
when you do.

Thank you for your posting!!!! I'm having so many headaches with
PPC2002's Internet Explorer...!!!! Now, with the link of the information you
provided, I'll be finally able to do real screenshots of the hanheld PPC20003
that we use.
