Pocket PC 2003 equivalent PhoneGprsCoverage property

Hi,

The PhoneGprsCoverage property defined in
Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Status namespace of course will not work on Pre
Windows Mobile 5.

Is there anyway to get this same functionality on pre WM5?

I've searched the archives but cannot find a solution.

The property is accessible through TAPI from native code. Alternatively my
Mobile In The Hand product has an implementation which matches WM5.0 but
works with WM2003 - http://www.inthehand.com/WindowsMobile.aspx.

I don't really want to purchase third party products. Do you have any
links that describe how to implement this code, or I thought OpenNETCF
had a class Tapi but I can't seem to find it in the library.
