Can anyone direct me to the correct newsgroup appropriate for the mobile
version of IE for use on mobile devices running WinCE or Windows Mobile?

There's no IE-specific newsgroup for the mobile version of IE. You might
try posting to microsoft.public.pocketpc newsgroup.
