Po-up Blocker on high with no sites in the ...

allowed exceptions BUT when I go to NASCAR.com an ad pop-up gets through. I
do not have this problem at any other site. Sure, this is not the most
pressing problem, but does anyone have a clue why this happens?

Eventually every pop-up blocking utility will be defeated it seems. As fast
as people code them people with sites code new and inventive ways to defeat
them. You can always disable scripting on the site in question - put it into
the restricted zone if you'd like. That is quite likely to stop them.
