PMs and Signatures

It appears that we are getting lots of signups from spammers, just wanting to advertise dodgy sites in signatures. Instead of banning them when they sign up, I've changed the forum permissions so that Signatures and PM's are enabled after 5 days + 10 posts min (enough to act as a deterrent ).

This shouldn't effect any existing members, or new active members in the future - but will greatly help combat spam

Good move Ian - those that just visit a few times to remedy a problem etc don't need sigs etc, and those that stay will soon be rewarded
