Hi I have a printer HP Deskjet 820Cxi with the printer software from Win XP,
(cant get any other from HP sight they say that I have the best driver)
The problem is this when ever I print out a page the print icon in the lower
rigth sight of the screen dosent go away and if it doed the system ask me to
install the printer again, but that is not possible cause the PRINT SPOOLER
isent running it said. Sometims is reprint the same page after 10-15 min.. I
have tryed to uninstall and reinstall disconnet the printer from the
computer and almost every other thing I can think of but is dosent work,
also I have gone back to when it all woked but nothing is working.
What I can read from it then it is a spooler problem but I dont know how to
fix this. I would like NOT to reinstall Win XP all over again!!!
