Plus! Digital Media Edition

According to the Microsoft website, Plus! Digital Media Edition is no longer
available. All I want to do is to record my 33 rpm LP records onto my hard
drive, and maybe, eventually, make a CD. Anyone have any suggestions for a
cheap audio recorder program that will enable doing this? Thanks in advance.
