email it is seen in colour but printing in black only.

Customize the view. Under Automatic Formatting, define a rule whose
conditions look for high-priority items and, if found, uses a font and
coloring that you want used for displaying that item type.
& it should be seen on top

Again, customize the view regarding sorting. Sort on the Importance field.
& accordingly print also.Normally if we prints high priority

Wouldn't the printing be due to preferences you configured for your printer?
Maybe it is configured to default B&W printing. My printer is configured to
default to B&W printing since I don't want the much more expensive color
cartridge. For a particular print job, I have to deselect the "B&W only"
option (it affects the options only for that print job and does not change
global or default settings that I configured for the printer). If you want
color, make sure the defaults or preferences configured in your printer are
set to have it eat up your colored inks.

What is your question? Microsoft staff do not hang out here - suggestions
should be made from the Office Website.
