Plugin for WMM ?

Hi,
I ask you if it possible to create a plugin for movie maker.
The plugin aim is to generate a file which contains media name and
properties.
Could you please, help me.
Have you documentations or link.

Paul Shankle's Windows Movie Maker Utility is as close as you'll get to
somethng like that... there's a link at the bottom of my site's Setup MM2 in
XP > Other Software page.

I seem that his tool loads WMM project file and extracts files on
project but it doesn't extract storyboard on timeline?
May be, this tool need extension ?
I am interessed by extraction of storyboard on timeline : I don't konw
if it is possible to do it.
