Plugin for WMM ?

Hi,
I ask you if it possible to create a plugin for movie maker.
The plugin aim is to generate a file which contains media name and
properties.
Could you please, help me.

I seem that his tool loads WMM project file and extracts files on
project but it doesn't extract storyboard on timeline?
May be, this tool need extension ?
I am interessed by extraction of storyboard on timeline : I don't konw
if it is possible to do it.
