plug in my Treo 800w phone active sync starts ask for pass word

plug in my treo 800w and start to activsync but then it stop and prompts a
password in profile in outlook help
 
Always state your version of Outlook. Do you get any error message besides
the prompt for password? Is this your Outlook password or your Treo
password?
