Plug-in libraries (how to)

Anyone know how I might be able to create my own plug-ins for outlook? I
have a few great ideas that I want to include into Outlook 2003. If anyone
has some libraries or documentation on creating plug-ins, please help me
out. I have visual studio.net already, and am proficient in coding in
C/C++.

Thanks sue.

Now, I've never created a COM add-in. I'm not sure as to if I can program
what I'd like to in C++. Is it possible to not use visual basic in creating
COM add-ins?

You can use Visual Basic, VB.Net, C#, C++, or Delphi.
