Plug-In for changing Reply-to

Are there any Outlook plug-ins that will let me select different addresses
for the "Reply-to" header? I know I can use View->Options and change the
"Have replies sent to" option but that's tedious at best.

I have two profiles, one personal and one business and I'm getting tired of
having to close Outlook and re-open it with a different profile in order to
change that info. Another option would be a plug-in that would use the same
address in the Reply-to as I specify in the "From" field.
 
check for utilities at slipstick.com. I seem to recall at least one that may do
this.
