Plug-in error message

For the last few days, anytime I want to view videos, I
get this error message when .mpg files are played. Don't
know why.

Plug-in Error
An error occurred inside a plug-in contained in this page.

Anybody know what's happening?
 
plug-in my be bad, perhaps re download and reinstall,
perhaps updating program..
