Just got a new computer - Dell 8400 WinXP prof
To use an internet chatroom (inr) it requires a plug in (ivocalize)
So, I download & install the plugin.

But, when I try to launch the chatroom, the browser crashes.
I get Interent Explorer has encountered a problem & needs to close (same
exact thing happens in Firefox).
When I drill down, I find a reference to shdocvw.dll
About all I can do at this point is to choose or not to send the problem to
msft
Is there any way to capture that long gobbeldygook message & send it to
someone who understands that stuff??

Is this .dll the problem?
If yes, how to fix it?

I've uninstalled, redownloaded the plugin, reinstalled the plugin, rebooted
the computer many many many times.
Same thing happens each & every time.

I've communicated with the help folk at ivocalize
To make that long story short, I can open up their software ok on my
computer.
But if I dare to try to enter the chatroom
CRASH!

Hi Ben,

I suggest you contact ivocalize support. On the support page I notice that
they ask that you know the version of Java that you are running. Me thinks
that this could be your problem.

Regards.
