mine doesnt work, i tryed reinstalling it with that command prompt thing but it still didnt work

this is the status of the device: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

sound card is intergrated, windows xp home, flc presario speakers.

we've got 3 threads all with the same 'problem' with no real information
