help. i keep getting this error and it causes severe
screen resolution problems. i can't fix screen res via
control panel, i've installed windows xp service pak, and
ran virus scan. all ok but still have problem....
This sounds like a bios/hardware problem. If your computer manufacturer
can't help, try reseating the vid cards, other cards, CPU and RAM. A Bios
update can also help. Also, Does the bios option "PNP OS Installed" have
any effect (if you don't this in bios setup, ignore this sentence).
