The purpose of newsgroups is to allow volunteers to try to answer specific
questions. Do you have specific questions, or did you think that the
purpose of the newsgroup was to provide free database development services?
If you have specific questions to which you need specific answers, please
post them.
If you were hoping for someone to develop a database for you, then read
this: Different products in the Microsoft Office suite create different
types of file (and some of them can save the data in many different file
formats). There is an imaging example that you can download from
http://accdevel.tripod.com which illustrates how to save image files using
three different approaches. It could serve as a starting point for the type
of application you want. Please note that it is made available without any
implication or promise of support. It requires that you have some knowledge
of and ability to use the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code provided
with Access.
There are more ways to handle the files than are shown. If someone has an
example of those, perhaps they will post a link to it, here.
