Canon A20 doing the exact same thing on a laptop running
XP...camera and scanner wizard doesnt come up, zoom
browser fails to work and trying to uninstall failed and
trying to reinstall says its already installed. the same
camera on the desktop pc works fine
any suggestions?

Please help, have downloaded camera's software,
then connected digital camera. New hardware wizard
recognized it, however, regardless of the software I use
to download images, the "no camera found" window pops
up...Have tried uninstalling then reinstalling both the
hardware and the software...it's a Canon digital camera &
is supposed to be compatible with XP...any suggestions?
