Plotting parametric curves

Can I use the Excel chart facility to plot a parametric curve?

For example, the parametric equation for a circle is x=cos(t), y=sin(t).

I have a column for vaious t values from 0 to pi, and computed columns for
=cos(t) and =sin(t).

Now how do I graph that within Excel?

That worked fine. It is almost what I was trying to acheive.

I had orginally hilighted all three columns, hoping that the graph would
contain the x,y points, and also the t values (either as axis labels or plot
area labels). But, alas, all I got were sine and cosine graphs.

Your method works ok for me, but it would be helpful if I could also display
the t values for each point. Any suggestions?

Thanks also for thinking outside of the box with your initial proposal.
I will play around with that one, also, just as an exercize to understand
how it works, and to see if it could be easily VBA'd. Maybe I can build
on the concept.
