Essentially, for each RunID, you need a column with times and another
with temperatures. Your times sound like they represent the delta time
for each step, so you'd need to sum them to get a total elapsed time.
Your first point would be start time = 0 (or your start time), start
temp = ambient (I presume). The second time would be zero plus ramp
time, the second and third temps would be dwell temp. The third time
would be (zero plus) ramp time plus dwell time. Etc. Doing heat
treatments, or is your HVAC system fluctuating wildly?
Enter the times as h:mm or h:mm:ss and use a matching number format, to
take advantage of the way Excel stores times (in fractions of a day: 0.5
= 12 hours or noon). Make an XY Scatter chart, not a line chart, and
enter your axis scales in the same h:mm:ss format, and Excel will
convert them internally for you.
