PlexWriter Install.

I tried to install PlexWriter52/24/52 on Windows XP PRO. PlexWriter Software Disk autoruns O.K.
But starting window looks corrupted and it is impossible to start installation of Nero or PlexTools
through the clicks of respective buttons. Nevertheless, it's possible to install Nero, PlexTools and
InCD using Setup.exe files in their respective subdirectories on this disk. All the same on the
other PC with the Windows XP on it. Please, tell what does this mean?

What this means is that you were able enough to devise and execute an
alternative path that worked. Congratulations.

OK, I missed the Plexwriter part. Have you gone to Plextor and
downloaded a new XP driver? Have you tried installing through the XP
hardware wizard and reviewed the drivers to see if there is one in XP
for that writer? Does the Plexwriter show up in device manager already?
