Plethora Of Questions

I have just completed setting up a "mini" system. Consisting of:

Shuttle Mini Case
P4 2.4 Ghz Processor
512M Ram
ATI All In Wonder Radion VE Tuner Card
Windows XP Home
CableTV input (without converter box)
Svideo Output to TV
Using ATI (Catalyst) as video caputer etc...





I have the computer outputing to the TV, but even after changing the
display (To TV display, smallest display output), the display is very
hard to distinguish.

The video out, dvd out, etc is okay, but when it comes to the actual
computer desktop dispay is very small and hard to read.

Is there any fix for this?

Also, what is the best app to use for a PVR utility. I am looking at
the Beyond TV, etc.

The appearance of the desktop on the tv probably won't get much better.
That's the way it is now unless you buy a plasma set or something.

Sorry, clicked too soon. This is alright for getting at files and such

Using TV is like using VGA on a monitor. You can't use small icons or text.
Just go through windows and select large icons/text as appropriate.
