PLEEEEEEEASE help

I have searched and searched these posts and other threads and can't find
what I need. We use Outlook'03 for scheduling patient appts. by entering
names and other misc. info in the Subject section. Additionally, each
provider has their own calendar which is shared with anyone granted access
(including myself). Now my question is - Is there a way to do a search to
find all of the past, present, and future dates that a particular patient is
listed on all shared calendars? I processed a "Find Now" search using a name
I already knew existed in the Subject section on more than one calendar and
more than one date, but the search didn't find anything?!?! Is it because
there's no way to search for things in "Other Calendars"? If there is, could
someone PLEEEEEEEEASE tell me how to do that?

I really appreciate the response, but apparently I can't even figure out how
to search another calendar. Even when I open only one shared calendar (and
"uncheck" my own calendar) it still only searches mine............so I guess
I need to know what I'm doing wrong?? It's driving me NUTS!
