I am having trouble sending e- mails from windows live keep getting error
messages I can send it from msn hotmail but when I try to send to mail I get
a host cannot be found and a bunch of error messages please help

Click on the error message and copy and paste them to your reply, we can't
help without them.
 
It depends on what you mean by "windows live".
Windows Live is the group name for a whole bunch of different apps
and services, see

Did you mean Windows Live Hotmail or Windows Live Mail?
In any case, we would need to see the complete error message.
