Please tell Microsoft?

Go to control panel..system properties..advanced tab..at the bottom click
the error reporting button and check disable.

Do you keep seeing that message?
If so, you really need to solve the problem instead of hiding one
symptom.

Those reports are useful.
Microsoft collects the data and if a significant # of computers have
the same issue, they start working on a fix.
Also, if there is already a fix, there will be a link on the next box
stating the location of the fix.
I solved one issue I had this way last year.

The program is Print Shop Deluxe 20 from Broderbund. It is their latest
version. I have re-installed it and same problem comes up. They have nothing
on their FAQ's about this and their support is poor. I am going to send them
an email though and see what happens.

It only occurs when I exit from the program so it is at least somewhat
tolerable.

Would be interested in knowing if anyone else using this program with XP
Home is having same problem.
