Please someone help me, Transparent Windows XP expert needed

Hi! I am searching for documentation/info. such as what DLL call(s),
or whatever technical assertion needs to be executed, to affect
Context menus, such as those which pop-up when you right click on
something, like the desktop, revealing various choices there..... How
can the pop-open menu itself be adjusted for transparency? Best

Hi!! - I am actually referring to all those Right-Click-Revealable
Context menus, not Balloon Tips :-) I was hoping there was a global
way to change transparency for all menus :-))
