O otto Oct 9, 2008 #1 lets give the numbers these destinations: A1 = 125 A2 = 50 125 + 10% + 50 + 14% = total. thanx
R Roger Govier Oct 9, 2008 #2 Hi Otto not clear what you are after =A1*(1+10%)+A2*(1+14%) which is multiplying A1 x 10% and Multiplying 50 x 14% and totaling the two to give 194.5 OR =(A1*(1+10%)+50)*(1+14%) which multiplies A1 x 10% then adds 50 and Multiplies that sum by 14% which gives a total of 213.75
