I have read every post on this topic and attempted everything except
uninstall/reinstall.
I have Office 2007 Vista Ultimate. This program worked perfectly before SP1
- don't know if that has any bearing or not.
I have clicked on the logging - but I don't know what to look for. I checked
the add ins and again don't know what to look for.
This program is critical for me so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Heck I'll even throw in a 6 pack for the person who can help me on this!!!

The "cannot complete your last action" message is BCM's default error
message, so it doesn't indicate what the problem is.

Try turning on BCM trace logging in the BCM About dialog.

Then, when you get this error message, check the log and it may have
more details about what went wrong.

Luther,
Thank you - I had read where you had suggested that in a previous message
regarding this issue. I did check it yesterday and funny enough today when I
looked at it again it was unchecked? don't know how that happened...but my
real question is where do I find this log so I can try and find the error?

Thank you

Thanks I did that before I posted this message..Microsoft can not find any
errors is what I get back - but it still doesn't wrok.
