"Please see above" on Calendar Details page

I am reviving this question from 2004 that someone else asked. I'd
appreciate any tips on getting rid of the "Please see above". Thanks.

"When you print Outlook calendar in (details style), 'Please See
Above' appears. It seems to appear when you repeat a meeting. It's a
default somewhere. Can it be deleted? "
 
What exact version are they using? See help, about to find out for sure. Are
they using Outlook's print options or a 3rd party tool? Is that phrase
contained in the appointment?

Hello Diane,

Sorry for the late reply. I'm using Outlook 2003. I just tested this
again, and I think I narrowed down the problem.

If I have a multi-day event, and I try to print the Calendar Details
page, instead of Outlook printing out the details for every repeat
event, it just prints them once at the beginning of the event, and
says "Please see above" for subsequent entries. I can see the point,
but I dont' have any details in those events, so it's just an
annoyance right now.
