Please Redesign the Command Prompt Console

Does Vista have a new Cmd Console. The existing CMD console is a legacy of
80's, I think Microsoft should redesign the console. Make it like to powerful
Unix Shells. The existing one is ugly.

This takes care of actual interactive shell functionality concerns, but
unfortunately, powershell still uses the same old and broken terminal
underneath. IOW, concerns such as real cut/copy/paste, ANSI support,
resizeability, etc... ...are still concerns

This discussion actually came up fairly recently in the MS Powershell

According to the developers, this was on the list of things to be
addressed, but it got slipped down the priority scale. To vote for
