I am not able to open internet explorer or my computer... when this problem
first started happening about 2 months ago an error message would come up
saying somthing was wrong with DrWtsn32.exe....i think there may also be a
problem with wuauclt.exe i am not sure how this problem started i think it
may have been a virus.. however, now the error message doesnt even come up
anymore. I thikn this may be because i downloaded AVG (an anti virus program)
to possibly help get rid of this problem, and i think it may have deleted
these files....i dont know much more but if you have any specific questions
about my comp i may be able to answer.....please help

What happens when you try to start the computer?

You're probably best off taking it to a professional, not a chain store that
sells computers.

and its not my whole computer that wont start, i meant like the file "My
computer" where you can scroll through the files and drives on your comp wont

First eliminate any spyware.
