Please Please help me out!!! Inserting fields into an open Word Do

Afternoon,
I have a form, from this a template document (Blank Template.doc) is opened
using a command button. I would like some of the fields on the form to be
exported to the document just after it is opened.
I would really appreciate some help on this as I've been struggling with it
for a while now. Cheers
 
In Word look at the Mail Merge feature. This allows you to connect to an
Access database and return the data into a form letter.
