Please make a two-week view in Outlook's calendar.

It would be very useful to have a two-week look ahead view. Much of what I
do must be coordinated in two week intervals. That is, its helpful to know
what I must be preparing for immediately, this week, plus the longer-term
things to be planning for the week after.

The monthly view has windows too small to display the complete messages and
the additional information reflected over four weeks is distracting.

Make one yourself - Outlook already allows for you to do this. Use the
mouse to select your date navigator, highlight the days you want displayed
and it will appear in the calendar.

You can also select non-consecutive days in the same manner.

a click-by-click list of instructions? Thanks. Terry
 
Go to your Date Navigator, click in the left column of the first week you
want to display until you get the week highlighted, then drag your mouse
down to the next week you want to display and click. The weeks will appear
in your calendar. You can also just select all the days while holding down
your control button. After selecting, they will show in your calendar.

Eureka! It worked. I didn't realize the small calendar in the upper right
corner of my calendar screen was a "Date Navigator," but I gave it a whirl
and my two-week look ahead came up.)

Immense thanks. This is a feature I've been wanting for for years.

Hi. Saw this post and knew about this feature - which is great, I don't
disagree. However, I'm trying to figure out a way to make this a "default
view" setting, rather than having to drag each time? i.e. have my Calendar
View open with the two weeks already set.

Any ideas?

unfortunately, you can't make it the default view.
