Hi,

I am running Windows XP Home edition with Norton Internet Security_
2006 a 90 day subscription.

I have removed some registry files. I have dicided to put them back.
It doesn't work when I double click on them. I get an error message
that reads.

"Cannot import C:\Program Files\Regclean\Undo YOUR-FE5B43B74E
20061002174425.Reg: Error accessing the registry.

Can someone please help me with this? I would appreciate it very
much.

Thank You Very Much.....

Are you logged into an account with administrator rights? is NIS set to
block registry changes?

Thank you for your response.

I can go into control panel administrative tools, and make changes.

I am not sure about your other question though. Would you know how I
could check that out?

Thank you.

I am the only one on this computer. It is my home computer, and
therefore I think I have administrator rights. No password needed to
start computer.

is NIS set to block registry changes?

This I am not sure of. How would I check on this?
