Please, How to create a user form in FrontPage

I want to protect a page from my web site in Frontpage with username and
password. I make a form and all this date go in a table in Access in my site.
When the user entry for second time, I must ckeck in this table to see it is
register. I think this is make with a script, but I don't know how. Can
someoane tell me what to do , or where to look for this script?

Thank you. I try , but appear the message "The page cannot be display" It is
possible to be something on server where I post the site web?
