I need to know how to copy an entire web page (snapshot)
for a guide that I have developed. What I need to do is
show step by step how an individual will set up an email
account - This is for individuals with minimal computer
skills, and will be learning how to use the internet as a
job search tool. NOW...I have tried everything I can
think of and have also noticed that when I try to print a
web page the print current page option is not avilable to
me. I would appreciate any assistance you might be able
to offer. Thank you so very much.

You can capture a screen shot of a Web page as viewed on screen using the
PrintScreen button on your keyboard. This copies the image to the Clipboard,
whence it can be pasted into Word or another application. It's usually
advisable to paste into a graphics app rather than Word and save the image
in a standard graphics format, then use Insert | Picture | From File to
insert it in your Word document. This assures that you still have the image
if anything happens to the document.

If you want to capture an entire Web page (not just what you can see on the
screen), you can use a dedicated screen capture application, such as SnagIt
by TechSmith (www.techsmith.com), which can scroll to capture the entire
thing. This screen capture can then be saved as a graphic.

Although it sounds like a screen shot is what you currently want, you can
also capture the entire Web page (including linked graphics) as an editable
HTML document by using File | Save As | Web page, complete.
