Is there a way of given a user permissions to my
Subfolder's in one go??
I have 60-100 Subfolder's do I have to go thought my
subfolders one by one and add permissions?

I was going to assist you, but you'll get nowhere with that attitude. Using
language like that on a Microsoft- hosted group can lead to permanent
blacklisting.
