please help

When I am surfing the internet and find an Animated image
I want to save it to disk, the problem I am having is I
can only save it as a .bmp, I use to be able to save as
a jpeg, gif, I dont know what happend can anybody help
me? lol its free smiley faces I am trying to save.

That's a frequently posted problem. The solution is to delete your
temporary internet files. control panel \ internet options \ general
tab. In the TIF section you'll see a button to delete files. Also
delete offline content.
