PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have posted three messages in regards to the same
problem and i have tried everything that Jonathan
suggested but i am still not able to sign into the
messenger service. I am getting very frustrated and
upset as this is the only way i get to keep in touch with
so many of my family members and friends. I am lead to
believe that a number of other people are also
expreiencing this problem. Please if anyone can help me
with this problem i will be forever greatful.
 
Hi Jonathan, Yes i am able to login to passport at the
address you gave me but my messenger still will not let
me sign in. I understand that it is not your fault but i
am getting very frustrated and upset as this is the only
was i am able to communicate with my sister at the
present time. thanks in advance.

Hi Cath,

Here's something to try: download the free Basic version of Trillian
(http://www.trillian.cc/downloads), which supports logging into the .NET Messenger network
(the same as Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger use) and then try to login to Messenger
using Trillian.
