would need more information about the problem. Like, are
you connected to the internet when you get windows opening
up? Are you the computer administrator? ( I mean do you
have access to all the files and settings on your computer
or does someone else?)Do you have windows XP home edition?

Without
more information I could only guess that you may have a
computer virus or a browser hijacker.
The first thing I would do is check my computer for
viruses. I wish I had a link for you but I don't. Try
going to Google and type "online virus scan" in the search
box. When the page opens go to one of the names that sound
familiar like symantec, Trend-micro, Panda etc... You may
have to adjust your browser security settings. For
Internet Explorer click on Tools, then Internet Options,
then Security. When it opens up click on the Earth icon
then, towards the bottom there should be a button that
says default settings, click it, then on the left is a
slider, move it to medium, then at the bottom click the
Apply button then click Ok.
