I have a compaq with Vista home basics. I am an online student and have my
homework in files. I use microsoft word to do my papers, etc. Now all of a
sudden then I try to get my file to open, and I go to open with, It has the
microsoft word logo( the blue w) and the wor- wordicon. When I click on that
there is nothing there. When I go into microsoft word I can type in it, but
this wordicon I have no idea where it came from or what to do. I have shut
down the computer without any help. Please help me.
