Please help

I downloaded the new version 7 of internet explorer and I am having problems
with Flash. I also cannot access my online banking. I want to go back to 6
version but it will not let me download the older version. It aborts the
download and says that I have a newer version on my computer.

Hi you can go back to Internet Explorer 6 by folllowing these steps:
Go into the control panel, select add remove programs, select Windows
Internet Explorer, select remove. Voila now you have Internet Explorer 6
again on your computer. If you want to check open IE go to help, About and
you will see the version number. Let me know if this resolves your issue or
not.
