Please help....

I have just recently obtained and installed Auto FX DreamSuite Program and
everything seemed fine all throughout the installation, etc...then once it
stated that install was complete, I went to run the program to use in
connection with my Paint Shop Pro Program and when I clicked on the .exe to
open and run the Dream Suite program, I received this error pop up...
CP_EXCEPTION
Exception Thrown
File: CP_File.cpp
Line: 241
Exception:

then at bottom two selection buttons (ok) (Cancel)

I have NO IDEA why this is happening or what this Cp .cpp thing is...
Does anyone know what it is and how to fix this issue? I have tried
contacting Auto Fx, to no avail...I have also typed into my brower the
sameerror name to see if I could locate a troubleshoot somewhere, but keep
coming up short...
Can anyone help me? PLEASE???

Try uninstalling the program and installing it again and, this time, do
it with your anti virus' auto scan disabled.

First thing to do after installing any application is go to the vendor's
web site and check for updates/patches. Many times, the app will
have a "Check for Updates" embedded in the Help or Options.
