You need to format your hard drive and install your software applications from
CD-ROM only. There are more then a handful of reasons a Backdoor or Trojan
Horse is installed on your computer. Your next step would be to disable the
services that Windows leaves open, install a firewall and e-mail me with the
rest of the directions to keep your computer secure from hackers. You have to
secure your Browswers, E-mail, MIRC, Pirch, and any type of Servers you may be
running.

....but if it is a false positive, you will have done all this for nothing.

I would first attempt to confirm that you actually do (or did) have
your computer compromised by this backdoor. It is possible that
the detection is in error, or that the detection is for something that
you haven't even executed yet.
