What is the difference between Powercolor ati Radeon 9200se or The ATI
Radeon 9200se? Are they a cheaper company? What do you guys recommend? For
alittle cheaper i can get the power color ati. Also what is crt output and
dvi out? thanks for the help!

Powercolor is a 3rd party manufacture. It's possibly slightly slower than
the "built by" ati card and also less expensive. The same goes with
sapphire, 3rd party vendor, maybe less speed and less expensive.

CRT is your typical bulky monitor display output. DVI is for LCD monitors
(if it even has that connector).

Ummm ... Sapphire make ATI cards for ATI unless I am mistaken just use
different colored pcb.

That still makes them a 3rd party vendor. What's your point?

My point is that they make the major of the first party vendors cards (ATI)
... sheesh .. you are a twerp.
@ndrew

there all the same unless ur a robot and can tell the difference between
45.0444232 fps and 45.0456444 fps :-}

What does that have to do with the price of beans, in Mexico? Do tell. A
3rd party vendor, is a 3rd party vendor, period. Please reply, twerp.
Regardless of whether they are a 'first party' vendor, it's still amounting
to 'third party' build. I guarantee the PCB is not as quality as the first
party. Regardles of their 'standing' as a producer, they ARE 3rd party.
Deal with it.

3rd party cards are built to specs now. They don't do those
underclocked OEM cards anymore as far as I know.

My Powercolor 9700 non pro is clocked at 275/270, out of the box. They,
even, used the reference design heatsink/fan.
